All mailbox kiosks in Fountainwood Estates will be replaced, totaling 268 tenant mailboxes and 37 parcel lockers, at a cost of $39,556.01 (including tax and labor).

At the recent Annual Meeting, the condition of the community mailboxes and the need for replacement were discussed in detail.

We are reaching out to inform you that the fountain located at the front entrance of the community was recently damaged.
