NEW MAILBOXES ARE HEADED YOUR WAY!!

We are ready to begin replacing our mailboxes. This will be accomplished over a four-week period beginning Tuesday the 25th. The Fountainwood Drive kiosk and Hester Hollow will be replaced next week. Next Allen Circle, then Jim Hogg (closest to Williams) and the last week will be the other Jim Hogg units (weather permitting).

This is a coordinated project following USPS regulations and working with our postal officer within their timelines.

For those who pickup their mail at Fountainwood Drive kiosk and Hester Hollow:

• Pickup your mail no later than August 24th

• Tuesday the 25th- the postal officer will remove the locks and we will begin removing the old units

• Wednesday 26th - complete removal and begin install

• Thursday 27th - complete install

• Friday 28th - postal officer will install new locks and deliver all held mail

• At any time, you may go to the post office to pick up your mail during the week. Your mail will be held and delivered when they install the locks.

These steps apply to each install, and you will be notified before we move to the next location each week. You will also be notified where and when to pick up your new keys during the week.

We have planned this with the post office and hope for a smooth transition. We are certain everyone will enjoy having new, upgraded (and dry!) mailboxes.
