ALLEN CIRCLE KIOSK - NEW MAILBOXES ARE HEADED YOUR WAY!!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Tuesday Sept 1st ALLEN CIRCLE Mailboxes will be replaced (weather permitting)

This is a coordinated project following USPS regulations and working with our postal officer within their timelines.

For those who pickup their mail at ALLEN CIRCLE:

• Pickup your mail no later than August 31st

• Tuesday Sept 1st- the postal officer will remove the locks and we will begin removing the old units

• Wednesday 2nd - complete removal and begin install

• Thursday 3rd - complete install postal officer will install new locks and deliver all held mail

• At any time, you may go to the post office to pick up your mail during the week. Your mail will be held and delivered when they install the locks.

You will also be notified where and when to pick up your new keys during the week.

We have planned this with the post office and hope for a smooth transition. We are certain everyone will enjoy having new, upgraded (and dry!) mailboxes.

Each week we will send an email blast for the next location and detailing this same info.
