Thank you to all homeowners who have paid the Mailbox Special Assessment in a timely manner. Your cooperation and support are greatly appreciated and are helping move this important community improvement project forward.
At this time, however, more than 50 homeowners have not yet submitted payment. The mailbox replacement project is currently underway, and it is imperative that the Association collects the necessary funds to ensure the project can be completed as planned.
Please be advised that any outstanding Mailbox Special Assessment balances remaining unpaid as of September 1, 2026, will be subject to late fees and collection efforts in accordance with the Association's governing documents and collection policy.
If you have not yet paid the assessment, we strongly encourage you to submit payment immediately to avoid additional charges and collection activity.
