In accordance with Texas Property Code Chapter 209, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Fountainwood Estates Homeowners Association will hold an executive session meeting as follows:
Date: Monday June 8, 2026 Time: 5:00PM Location: Zoom
General Subject of Executive Session: The Board will meet in executive session to deliberate and consider matters permitted by law. This meeting is a closed session. Attendance is limited to members of the Board of Directors and any individuals invited by the Board as necessary to conduct Association business.
Any decisions made in executive session will be summarized orally and recorded in the minutes of the next open Board of Directors Meeting in accordance with applicable law.
