*Important* Mailbox Replacement Project
At the recent Annual Meeting, the condition of the community mailboxes and the need for replacement were discussed in detail.
Dear Homeowner,
At the recent Annual Meeting, the condition of the community mailboxes and the need for replacement were discussed in detail. Due to ongoing deterioration and an anticipated increase in project costs, the Board of Directors is recommending that the Association move forward with a full mailbox replacement project. During the Annual Meeting, homeowners voted unanimously for the combined option described below to cover this project.
The total estimated cost of the project exceeds $40,000. To fund this improvement, the Board is proposing a combination of the following:
- A contribution from the Association’s Reserves - A contribution from the HH Reserves - A one-time special assessment of $100 per lot In accordance with the Association’s governing documents, approval from the membership is required before moving forward with this special assessment. Homeowners will be asked to vote either:
- In Favor of the proposed assessment and project, or - Against the proposed assessment and project The voting process will be conducted online, and we strongly encourage all homeowners to participate to ensure your voice is heard. Additional communication will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the voting platform and how to submit your vote.
The Board’s goal is to proceed as quickly as possible to avoid further cost increases and to address the current condition of the mailboxes in a timely manner.
If the proposed assessment is approved by the membership, the $100 per lot special assessment will be due and payable on July 1, 2026.
