Our sincere apologies for the issues experienced with the voting process. We have been informed that several homeowners did not receive the email or encountered difficulties logging into the system.

To ensure all homeowners have the opportunity to participate, please complete the attached ballot and return it to christina@psprop.net no later than Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The proposed mailbox replacement project will be funded through a combination of the $100 per lot Special Assessment and funds from the HOA Reserve Account.

If you are unable to print and return the ballot, you may instead reply directly to this email with your name, property address, and your vote indicated as “IN FAVOR” or “AGAINST.” Your vote will be recorded accordingly.
