As discussed, and reviewed at the Annual Meeting on April 25, 2026, the Board of Directors would like to proceed with this necessary project. A poll was conducted at the meeting, and the measure was approved unanimously. Each homeowner will be assessed for a one-time special assessment of $100.00, with the remaining project cost to be funded from the Association’s reserves.
